The fastest lightweight hardtails in existence are Stumpjumpers, continuing a legacy of blurring XC adventure -- be it at racing at the pro level or enjoying local trails. Unparalleled efficiency, meticulous attention to every detail, and geometry that's dialed to perform across any trail condition, all aligning to provide a perfectly pure XC experience.

Key Features

• Optimized Radius Engineering (O.R.E.)
The unique shape of the downtube and toptube on every Stumpjumper plays a major role in their strength, light weight, and performance. By manipulating the shapes of these tubes, Specialized engineer Jason Chamberlain aligned added material with high load areas (like the sides of the down tube), while simultaneously maximizing weld surface area for optimal stress distribution. By putting a longitudinal radius in the down tube as it approaches the head tube, the need for a gusset is eliminated, thus increasing strength (due to less welding) while decreasing weight (since less material is required.)
• M4 Manipulated Alloy
Every Stumpjumper frame is fabricated from M4. This proprietary material alloys aluminum with silicon, copper, magnesium and vanadium. The mix gives M4 outstanding strength characteristics (29% greater than 6061 aluminum), but the real benefit to M4 is its "formability", allowing our engineers to optimize every tube shape and diameter.
• The superlight frame is the result of years of engineering and testing to give the rider the lightest, fastest, and most durable cross country hardtail available.
• New Fastrak tires boast extremely low rolling resistance and impressive cornering traction.
• New Body Geometry saddles improve comfort.
